What I'm wearing: as a Bridesmaid

In April, I will be a bridesmaid in two different weddings. Most of the time when people think of bridesmaid dresses, they think of those big horrid dresses with huge bows in inappropriate places and ginormous pettiskirts and all kinds of attrocious things. But I am more than happy with both of the dresses I will be wearing, and I know I will be able to wear them again if ever an occasion arises.

The first wedding is my oldest sister's in the beginning of April. I'm wearing a strapless dress, the picture of the dress is pink, but the actual dress I'll be wearing to the wedding is black.

One of my good friend's is getting  married two weeks after my sister, it's a sort of country wedding, I'll be wearing cowgirl boots with this dress. On the right shoulder of this dress, there is a small strap, but it will be removed because I don't need it.

I think both dresses are very tasteful and look good on an assortment of people. I am very thankful to the brides for picking such beautiful dresses.
